Drove my car to Downtown East with Weida on eve of 2010.... We watched Bodyguards and Assassins .... den went down to Katong area to eat at OLD Teahouse.... they have another outlet in Novena and the food was quite good back at Novena....
This teahouse operates 24 hours... and serves dim sum at wee hours.... food is just there... better than average... not too good not too bad....
Nice Po Lo Bun with butter buns... congee just nice... chee cheong fun not nice.... siew mai har kau dumpling slightly above average.. the restaurant at novena serves better food.. but the price is slightly cheaper here in the teahouse... lol...
It was the first meal I have for 2010 and also the last in 2009. Reached there 1157pm... lol.... But thankfully .. the crowds came in at about 1220am..... We passed 2 years there... lol...

The next day met with Weida again.... lol... we went to AMK Hub to watch Old Dogs... Nice movie! Had a nice supper at Serangoon Gardens after the movie.... We had nice boneless stingray, nice sugarcane drink and delicious oyster omelette... and some kueh pie tee and popiah.... chicken wings ALL OF THEM WERE NICE!!! Too bad there wasnt satay... if not it would be PERFECT...
Met Tsian Hwee on Saturday.... Had dinner at PS... Had ThaiExpress.... =) We had Tom Yum Soup, Beef Kway Teow and Chendol for me, Avocado Shake for him.... =) Watched Alvin and The Chipmunks after which at The Cathay.... =) We settled last at Selegie Beancurd for beancurd, youtiao and soya milk.. =) NICE!
Whole family went down to Changi Point on Sunday.... Walked around the new walkways... actually not new... think mid last year already have liao... lol...
OMG! Changi Beach kinda dirty... but didnt snap .... anyway... they have a nice kelong walk nowadays.... Some pictures we took there....
Had dinner after the walk... we went to Ubin First Stop Seafood at Changi... located on standalone kampong house just across Changi Village Bus Terminal.... Had dinner there... the restaurant kinda give you the impression its going to be a little expensive... but turns out to be quite different.. the food is cheap and good! =)
Whole family spent $157 dining there... tink there were about 10 crayfish, 1 black pepper crab, 8 coconut drinks, mee goreng, ostrich meat, hot plate beancurd, kangkong, sea cucumber with mushroom tat is nice! =)
Really enjoyed the food there... pretty good... especially after a nice hot walk.. lol... the coconut drink was NICE! LOL... refereshing with lots of meat.. ate 1 crayfish too.... nice... no fishy smell.. =) A Mediacorp artiste works there too as waitress... tink is Miss Mole! =)
Sian... School starts tml.... Its back to school for me on Tuesday! =X Anyway, I hope to do my best... its the final leap for my academic studies.. Gotta work hard for the next 6 months.... Ciao Ciao.... =)
