We went to Hollywood Today.... First was a visit to the Walk of Fame.. its like Hong Kong's Avenue of stars where the stars leave their handprints, signatures on the floor... pretty interesting... but too bad i dun know many american celebrities....
We also went to see the legendary HOLLYWOOD words from the hills from far.. too bad it was too far... cant get a good picture of it... we also passed by the Kodak Theatre where the oscar awards are given each year...
After which, we went to Hollywood.. Universal Studios... Took the simpsons ride.. Jurassic Park ride... the best was the studio tour... whereby we go behind the scenes of some movies and dramas that are filmed in Hollywood Universal Studios itself...
Fast and Furious, Jurassic Park, King Kong filmed here...
We also saw the houses that were filmed for the drama.. Desperate Housewives... though i didnt watch this drama... but i know these are the houses from the ads... lol..
We also saw how they could mimick things... for example... a small model ship with a black backdrop actually becomes a big ship in the movie out in the sea... we also saw how they actually let the cars from Fast and Furious jump.;.. and oso the plane crash filming.. they actually have a real 747... being destroyed to create a scene for tat...! how floods are created.. how earthquake is created.. lol...
Pretty interesting... oso met up with Simpsons family there... lol...
