Went to the zoo today! Woke up early. Took 927 there. It has been a long time since I went to the zoo! Went together with Tsian Hwee.
Anyway, its a bad day to visit the zoo! So many people.... -_-" 2 family day outings! No wonder... One was NEA and one was Vansathemn Family Day. Actually my dad's company family day outing is last week but I having exams, so wait till this week then visit. The zoo is so packed that you can hardly move at the entrance! Zzz....
Darn crowded. Seriously, i hope there can be lesser Singaporeans. There is gonna be a stampede soon and Singapore will get featured in world news. =X Too many liao lah.... now is like u go everywhere... u have to squeeze ur way through....
Be it MRT, Orchard Road, Shopping Centres, Buses, and sad to say even the Airport. When u actually take a plane flight out of Singapore in December, you'll know why. You need 30 minutes to depart from Changi Airport cos of the traffic jam caused by too many planes flying off at such a tight schedule.

Urmz.. Zoo hasnt changed much. Remember when I was young I used to visit the zoo once to twice monthly cos we joined the zoo as members. 10 minutes from my home oso... my main exercise is strolling with my family on Sunday at the zoo! LOL....
Where is my tiger exhibit! AHHHHH.... sian.. they closed the white tiger exhibit. Loved to see white tigers the most.... Anyway, saw chinleng and shiting there juz outside the white tiger exhibit... they were there in the zoo too.
Anyway, we also tried the newest boat ride in the zoo. You can get a nice glimpse of the Seletar Reservoir. Worth a first try to see Seletar Reservoir and the nice breeze. =) There's even a small new water park for kids now. LOL..
Damn thirsty. We didnt have any drinks until 2pm cos the drink was freaking expensive inside. $3 ($1.50) for 100 plus bottle. =X $2 ($0.60)for mineral water. I bought Magnum inside for $5.50 ($4) though. Weather so hot we almost died inside the zoo. -_-" No drinks in this hot weather.
Seriously the animals are oso having a bad mood... All hot, restless and tired. Have you ever seen Rhinos and Lions hiding below the trees? Not in South Africa but Singapore. LOL.... I wonder why the weather is so hot today! Zzz....
Took 138 after our visit to Ang Mo Kio Interchange, where we had a nice durian pancake at basement before heading to Singapore Expo for the Food Exhibition. =)
Took 24 from AMK. Wah... reach there.... oso so many people.... See.... Got to savour some nice food like the sakura chicken rice, satay, turkish kebab and some others.
Since its a stop away from Expo, we decided to head down to Changi Airport for dinner before we head back home by 36 and then transfer back to Bukit Panjang by 966.
Had dinner @ Crystal Jade @ T3. Seriously Crystal Jade's standard have dropped tremendously. Because we aint tat full we ordered one lamian, one xiaolongbao, one charsiewbao only. 2 person and we cannot finish the lamian.
Damn salty and tasted horrible, worst den food court. Of cos when its yucky u look at the brown sauce, it looks like shit. Zzz... Seriously, 2 weeks ago the jurong point crystal jade was a disappointment and i tot it was an isolated case. Now again at T3 it disappoints me.... I am not visiting them for a while.... =X
Angry with the T3's promotion and marketing techniques... they had "NO GST" banners and even painted walls with NO GST signage, only to make me pay for 7% GST! Zzzz.... had a shock when I see the bill with a 7%.... Sucks.... and den i was told there's no such promotion.
Went to the banner again and see a small font size 12 wording saying participating outlets only! Zzz.... and u know what... the walls painted dun even have tat term and i stupidly thought its the whole T3!!!! How misleading. How stupid to leave tourists a bad impression over 7% GST! Zzz.... Are they dumb or stupid?
