Went out with Zhenhui on Saturday! Met him at AMK hub... we watched "Inglourious Basterds".... at 1st i tot its some kind of war movie tat may be boring at times... cos got hitler.... lol.... den zen told me its actually a comedy... true enuff... its darn funny at some parts.... but can be quite violent at some parts.... actually the story doesnt link to history at all... its juz a comedy to make u laugh... with hitler dying at the end of the movie... lol.... overall the movie gives you in suspense and ur eyes practically do not move away throughout the movie! Its quite nice... i like the character of the nazi jew persecutor .... not bcos he kills jew.. but is the way he acted.. darn funny... lol... and i am amazed that actor can speak good french, german and english.... and even italian. LOL..... =)

Had dinner with zen after movie at S21, AMK.... Seriously, they do not have enough cleaners... i quite pity them... they took 20 mins to clear our table... fantastic isnt it???? its like a big big coffee shop with only 5 cleaners.. working like hell.... anyway, to my disappointment, the food I ordered wasnt nice.. the satay sucks big thumb.. the ones you buy from the supermarket tasted better.... and the fried chicken hor fun... nice at the start.. but u feel sick after eating too much of it..and sauce is kinda sweet.... not to my liking.

Had curry chicken noodle at Food Junction at Lot 1 for lunch on Saturday. Verdict. Lots of chicken.. curry sauce tasted good ... but as you eat more of it.. u get tired of it.... overall "hai ke yi"... prefer the curry noodle at Bukit Panjang Kopitiam better...

Had Kway Chap at Toa Payoh on Thursday morning... woke up early.. had a delightful kway chap breakfast... Had my favourite pig skin..i like theirs best! =)
$1 pig skin... hehe... and the $4.80 2 person combo meal =)

Went to watch "The Ugly Truth" at The Cathay yesterday alone.... overall the movie was funny throughout...especially the front part... but the movie overall i feel is 90% that nice of to that of The Proposal.... =) nice and sweet movie.... watchable on weekends, whether you are attached, not attached.... =)

These few days

Finally after the tedious weeks of assignments.. Theres finally time for me to slack a lil' and go out to enjoy myself.

Went out on Monday alone.... Decided to head down to Tampines and have a walk around.... Watched The Proposal at Tampines Mall... quite nice... the story plot was fantastic... love story... quite funny and at a same time kinda touching.... the scenary was beautiful too! Wish like going to the scenic place too! Pretty original comedy....

Had dinner at BBQ Chicken cos they were having a promotion. I think the meal costs me $11.42. =) An ice cream + Soup + Main Course "Korean-style Char-grilled Chicken".. i love the way BBQ Chicken char-grilled their chicken.. its tender juicy sweet =).... Nice... the rest of the dishes serve were soso...passable...6/10.. save for the chicken tat was 7.5 / 10.... feel like eating the chicken soon.. craving sia..

Anyway, had lunch with Shaun yesterday.... at Delifrance.. the $7.50 student set meal as usual at Lot 1.... Ice Cream + Soup + Main Course + Drink ..... The outlet at Lot 1 sucks.. service wasnt quite good... staff were unattentive... the restaurant was oso darn warm... i tink they off the air con.. to save costs... customer come in den on air con.... there were less than 4 diners until we came in btw.... halfway den we hear the air con started... as it was too hot...



The food serving was bad... a 10% cut from what we had at bukit panjang plaza delifrance... not only tat... its 50% less cheesy den the one we had at bukit panjang..... shaun and i decided... not to visit the choa chu kang outlet.... go bukit panjang one better...

Anyway, we went to buy TOTO after tat... went to my lucky outlet... Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange Singapore Pools... to buy toto for the upcoming $9.7 million draw this friday.... its my lucky outlet bcos... i won 3 times toto... all 3 times from this outlet.... total winnings till date $80 altogether... havent won Group 1 yet... Yes... its gg to be me this friday! =)

***Winks*** "Its all about me" from Ris Lo. =) Haha...

Went to watch SAF FC vs Albirex match at Choa Chu Kang Stadium ytd evening with Roger and Weiqi after tat..... The match was nice... cos i won some money out of it.. overall was quite exciting.. especially the last minute..i almost died... lol.... almost give away $20..haha... =X .... Duric scored..... =) to my delight.. wanted to see him score.... haha.... Its my 3rd time gg to watch an Sleague match... hope to visit some other matches soon... can be quite exciting....

Long Weekend

This long weekend... supposedly should be quite a nice weekend... that you can enjoy with friends.... But den... seems like I didnt utilise it that well... Kinda regret... =X

Tsianhwee came to my house yesterday.. to discuss about out Japan & Hong Kong trip come this November =) Booked the hotel room in Hong Kong liao... Tokyo still pending.. lol.... planning where to go etc.. =)

Had a quick dinner... Juz minced meat noodles at Kim San Leng.... tat we felt beri uncomfortable after eating... the noodles were too dry.... and made us quite full.... but den juz for a while... we felt hungry again...

We went to catch the movie "White Out".... at Causeway Point... oh ya... i walked to Causeway Point barefooted ... Zzz... one of my slippers snapped when i went out... so ended up one feet was bare as i walked to causeway... lol... luckily i managed to buy a pair of slippers in Causeway Point....

"White Out" was pretty nice... save for the ending tat is quite abrupt.... seems like the director doesnt have a conclusion... the story overall is exciting.... can be quite scary at times... suddenly out of the white snow somebody comes chopping at you.... and all those gory bloody scenes... wow..lol... overall its nice and worth watching.. one the better movies to watch for this low movie season.... =)

Oh ya... there's this Xin Wang Taiwan Cafe tat juz opened in Bukit Panjang Plaza.. my family and i went to try it on Saturday. Verdict. IT SUCKS! I rather eat in the food court... the food was bland and tasteless... except for the price tat is ful-filling.. cos its expensive... haha....


My 3-layer pork rice smelt nice... but when you eat it.... its standards are worst than the food court fare...



The red bean pudding was atrocious... when they serve it... i almost puked... -_-" ... tis is a 50 cent jelly you can find in the bangkit market. =X ... and it costs $4 a piece... this jelly is something i wont consider buying in the market..and here i am eating this shit... zzz... sucks... and there is no nice fragance of the coconut milk either... i tink the market one is nicer... =X


My mum had a worser nightmare.. sick already and she almost puke after eating her taiwan chicken mushroom beehoon... it was tastless.... dun even have any seasoning in it.. no salt nothing... and the dry beehoon tat is not really cooked...

My dad had the best of the 3 of us.... he ordered a taiwan pork chop rice.. which he complained the rice quality is worst than the one we had at home.. i tink he didnt liked japanese rice la...

Seriously, i rather eat maggie noodles at home den eat there... pay me $10 to eat den i will consider bah... my family vowed never to step in ever again...

YES.. I AM GOING MAD OVER EG... Seriously it sucks. I mean the project itself isnt that sucky. But my mental mindset is totally off.... I dun feel like doing it.... ZZZZ..... I shouldnt be doing this project. Sad to say. I am not in the right tone to do it. =X

I dunno wad I am doing. Both EG and SM looks rather OK to do actually. But when you get to do the project. You simply ask yourself this question. "Can I not do it?"

Jun Yang, please wake up your idea. 8 modules to go and you will graduate. Please do not give up at this time. You are at least 50% over from this course.. Plus completed assignments you are probably at 65% already.

OH MIND. Spent the whole weekend doing EG! Can you believe this? And productivity is extremely low. Zzz...

OH MIND. I miss my friends. I havent been in touch with them physically for at least 10 days for all..... the rest close to a month and i havent met JWJW since my belated birthday celebration in June! OMG! -_-" .... I wonder how they are doing....

I dunno why... I just feel like going out these days... dun feel like doing anything. My life seems trapped in my room. Morning wake up.... inside room... all the way till night time in bed.

Sian. I need a break. =X 23th September onwards to mid october will be honeymoon period.... Save for the 10% tedious HRM assignment due on 5 Oct.. and the upcoming final exams in end October.... =X




Anyway, still managed to eat pizzahut for lunch at greenridge shopping centre with family today....
Had my favourite drumlets... normal pizza.... and cheesecake.... =)

Apologies for the lack of update.

Have been VERY VERY BUSY for the past 2 weeks. Life has been horrible for me.....

Suffering from lack of sleep... and oso slow metabolism count plus slow in movement and thinking... OMG! I am dying soon....

Had sore eyes since the steamboat dinner with zen 2 weeks ago... on and off... my eyes go good... and bad.... -_-" .... everytime i sleep 9 hours.. my eyes gets better.. den i rush for my assignment... 7 hours sleep... and its red again... currently white.... But den.. beri tired... sleeping soon... if not red again.... zen was saying my eyes look yellowish... as if i lack oxygen.. zzz...

Anyway, stupid DC project is going to be over tml morning.. yes... after i collate and edit.... the most complicated and longwinded troublesome project is finally going to be over... no more going to Raffles City to take a lot of photos again for the project! Wheee...!!! =)

Anyway, managed to find some spare time... actually i squeeze it in to enjoy while losing some sleep later at night....

Quite a funny and original movie... The movie seems pretty racist and religionist? Is there such a word? But if u do not mind all these... its full of great humour! and as usual jack black is up with disgusting scenes.. such as kissing someone's nostrils -_-" .... If you really need to relax, pls go and watch it!

As usual... the movie is aimed at anticipating how each and every character in the movie is going to DIE! A pretty sadist show... but can be quite interesting at times.. i know life is sad.. and everyone sadist like me should go watch such shows... but the graphics kinda sucks... the blood in the shows looks pretty fake... but overall... those unimaginable chain of events are pretty interesting and its a show for you to guess wad's gg to happen next.


LAUGHING GOR: TURNING POINT

If you havent watched HK Police Academy Drama (E.U.), you probably would not consider watching this movie... its abt a single character in the drama.... and wad happens b4 the drama started... a police acting as a undercover as a traid member.... to help with police.... The movie itself is not as nice as the drama.. i tink they should use ron ng and sammuel chan for the movie.... (2 of them appear as cameos in the last scene) urm... the use of old characters and unrelated characters from the drama put me up a little bit... LOL... but overall its quite entertaining as a follow up if you have watched EU.

Anyway, went out with Weida and Pengyong to celebrate his belated birthday last last Friday... Weida finally had sometime and wanted to eat dinner with me.. and we ended up at Orchard celebrating his birthday...
and i was wearing sandals and home clothes.. thankfully we drove there...



Anyway, pengyong had long say there's this nice ramen restaurant around Centrepoint area.. Ah Ken Restaurant at Orchard Plaza.... urmmmmm.. we went in for a try.. the noodles and soup base was nice! too bad the eggs were sold out and py had said tat was the best...

We managed to gobble all of them up... LOL.... except for me... LOL... cos i had dinner and tat was supper.. cant finish the noodles.. LOL... but i finished the soup.. =) quite original... but bad in a way... they have limited selection for their menu.. didnt even offer more den 10 dishes!

Went out with Tsianhwee last last Saturday... seriously speaking... i dun feel like gg ION for a stressful shopping experience.. the mall layout is horrible... and i feel stressful.. trying to find the exit for the shopping mall everytime i go there... we wanted to dine at ION since we were there shopping.. but there were queues everywhere.. to me.... a restaurant is one that is quieter den a food court and a hawker centre.. and there is no need for a queue.. so simply said... it failed to meet my expectations...


we ended up at Thai Express at Heerens...


We had Tom Yum soup.. my favourite.. which is white... my favourite drink at thai express wich is chendol and beef kway teow.... =)

Went out with zen on last Friday.... haix... wanted to eat lunch together.. but he was too hungry and ate 1st in school.. cos he needed to wait for me to finish lecture.... and den oso had to do project with me b4 catching a movie at illuma... laughing gor lor... still got wad movie...... to take pictures at Raffles City... cos i 4got to take some photos tat time when i went with wenhao and roger.... =X

Anyway, thanks zen for accompanying me to sweat (cos of the hot weather) while on our way from illuma and raffles city and take pictures... seriously... u really dunno wad is... standing in the middle of the traffic junction to take a photo! and oso.. standing in the hot sun to take a picture of the bus stop pole.... =X thanks for sweating with me! =) my true friend.... =)

Had lunch at a food court in btw Illuma and Raffles City... =) Wanted to eat dim sum... not bad... except for the paper wrap chicken wich was quite oily...


Had roti prata and milk tea with weiqi tat day at kent ridge area.. =) prata house there... =) quite nice to eat hot roti prata once again! =)


Went with roger and weiqi to watch albirex... haha... my 2nd attempt to watch a soccer match live... lol.... nice day as i won a few dollars.. =)


An update on my personal life... I will be going to Japan and Hong Kong with Tsian Hwee on 10th Nov to 20th Nov... =) flying by cathay pacific.... twin cities for only $529 air ticket... offer ends 10th September... booking via phone to get the promotion =) Yes... finally there's something i can look forward to. =)
