Valkyrie
Went to watch Valkyrie with Zhenhui yesterday in the evening... Urmz.. movie overall quite plain... you can expect wad will happen next.... and worst still if you are someone who studies history b4... you will know... Hitler committed suicide himself.... so this valkyrie plan is sure to flop... He wasnt assassinated... But overall the movie would be good to those who are studying history... might be a little off track but overall would be somewhat educational bah....
Anyway, Zhenhui, i am really beri sorry tat i didnt keep my promise... really sorry abt tat.
Life has been pretty busy going these few days.... OT test to drive us to deep into our books... upcoming 4 assignments.. WIL 2, LM, OT, BB.... if everyone has forgotten BB exists.... plus the killer LM test coming on next sunday! =X
True enough. I have managed to cut expenses.... by 20% for the first two months! Amazing isnt it! Hope I can keep up with the good work... and oso keep to my target amount.... still havent hit targets... like 200% over budget... =X ....
Anyways, here is a funny video clip. Just for laughs! Do note that these videos do not represent blog writer's view in anyway. Purely and solely for entertainment.

I am unhappy in Singapore.
Seriously speaking I am. I dunno why. Or is it that a person always hate being in his own country? All the work problems, studies, relationships and all? Just this ever occur to you?
Probably YES to almost all. I have seen how scary people are trying to take flight to go overseas during November holidays. Its SCARY! Guess what! Planes are queuing up to fly off. I remembered waiting close to an hour on a plane waiting to fly off. And guess what. Its a plane jam at the airport. 7 planes i counted, waiting to fly off.
In Singapore, extra things to add in. NS to add in for me. My blood pressure boils if you remind me. So please, never never purposely strike this conversation. If I have a knife, I might "chop" you up.
Backstabbers everywhere. People with "faces". Take advantage of you when needed and brushes you off when you are no longer useful.
And the hot weather killing everyone these days. =X Seriously Singapore is too hot a country to live in. And when you get frustrated you just feel like "killing" someone.
Zzz... Nothing seems to stop you from getting stressed. In colder countries, a cold wind blows and you will forget them in a split second, only to enjoy what nature has to get.
In Singapore, this is what happens. You feel sad. You go to the roads and people start honking everywhere. Traffic jams everywhere, especially in the morning. People squeezing you in to the back of the bus.
You go to the shopping centre and get pushed but somehow its the coldest place you can ever find in Singapore. Service staff is extremely rude, cos you owed them a lot of money.
I am dead serious very unhappy right now.
Probably cos i am so stressed up with the upcoming OT test which i dun even know a single thing up till now.
I am screwed.

Britian's 13 year old father!
[FRI FEB 13 2009] FOX NEWS - A 13-year-old British boy — with the physical appearance of a child much younger, standing at 4 feet tall — is the father of a new baby girl.
Alfie Patten's girlfriend Chantelle Steadman, 15, became pregnant after a one-time tryst between the two, according to Alfie's father, Dennis.
"He didnt know what he was doing and of the complications that could come," said Dennis Patten.
The young couple kept their situation a secret until Steadman's pregnancy began to show. She said she knew they made a mistake but would be loving parents.
"When my mum found out, I thought I was going to get in trouble. We wanted to have the baby but were worried how people would react," Alfie Patten said.
Despite being a young father, Alfie's father describes him as a typical boy who "loves computer games and boxing."

Zimbabwe with its $500 million note
Imagine having to bring millions of dollars with you when you go to the market. But you are a millionaire and yet NOT a millionaire.
This is what's happening to the sad people of Zimbabwe, as Stomper Brad Tan found out when he received these photos via email.
The country is a republic with an over inflated currency that's worthless.
Brad's message to Singaporeans: in these days of economic crisis, turn away from despair and count your blessings.
500 million dollar bill, just printed in May 2008...everybody can have it...just enough for breakfast/lunch (equal to about USD 2)
To buy chicken...how many million?
To buy tidbits in a plastic packet...you have to spend at least 10 million
If you want to eat in a restaurant, please prepare the money...
For a beer after office hours...
Your monthly salary...you need to hire a taxi or lorry to bring the money home...
Young kid - already a millionaire...
If you don't want to carry a lot of money...change it to USD. Nobody wants to count the money, just weigh it
Otherwise, this is what you have to do everytime you go to shop, market, bus station etc...
Everybody is a billionaire...

Old Airport Road again!
Went to Old Airport Road Hawker Centre again on Valentine's Day for supper! Drove there together with Zhenhui and Weida.... My first time driving the new car out with my friends! LOL....
We ordered Oyster Omelette, Stingray and Satay to share. Didnt had dinner so i ordered Lao Fu Zi Char Kway Teow to eat as well... I can say the standard dropped by a lot... -_-" .. the last time i ate it was so nice.... with lime and all... and pretty wet.... ytd quite dry.... home standard only!
Eh... or is it because different people cook at different times of the day? Cos i usually visit this stall in the afternn... and it has never failed me.. my first night visit and it failed.. probably the cook is the problem?
Anyway, the oyster omelette was special... unlike others tat are dry and crispy... tis is especially wet.... worst still i didnt hold the plate properly... so the sauce came out.... making it even wetter.... had to wait a while.... but it was worth the wait.... quite nice and unique...
The satay standard... a little above average but not tat fantastic.. stingray chilli i dun like... like zhenhui say... the stingray chilli at gluttons bay marina tasted better... a little burnt.... agreed.... i dunno y but i like the burnt chilli... juz makes it taste nicer...

Valentine's Day - Screwed!
LOL... Tml is valentine's day! I hereby wish everyone break up! (Since I am not attached!) Haha.. LOL.... Juz joking! Happy Valentine's Day to ALL my friends..
Anyway, I would like to tell ALL my single friends... or rather all my friends... (cos 90% are single) ... that being single on this day is not the end of the world. Love does not only exist between a couple as love is really “all around”. If you think about it, love is everywhere! (Yanswersblogsg 2009)
There’s the most immediate kind of love - the love we have for our parents and the one they have for us. There’s love between your siblings, relatives and yourself. There’s love between the group of friends and buddies you hang out with. There’s love between yourself and that funny pet of yours (if you have one). And if you believe in God, there’s also love between you and Him! (Yanswersblogsg 2009)

So fret not, do enjoy the day tml out with ur friends if you are single! Just look forward to it!
Anyway, I am screwed! I probably have about $180 or less in both my bank account balances by now. I am seriously dead! =X
Thanks to the upcoming tests and projects that will keep me busy and stop me from going out starting next week! LOL...
I really hope to go back and work part-time when May comes! Time please advance me to May.... Haix... if not... i might have problem even going to the hawker centre to order a drink!
Went out with Roger, Weiqi and Shihui yesterday to watch "The Wrestler"... as usual.. not my cup of tea type of movie... but ok lah... the storyline still ok ... at least i understand wad the plot is about...
Went to eat at kobayashi b4 tat... korean kimchi noodle.... the supervisor there beri the fierce de lor... machiam will slap u de.. u should have seen how the supevisor shouts at her staff.... OMG! =X i swear i would never want work in f&b after my horrible experience in delifrance! =X Low pay, Sucky working environment... i believe F&B is kind of a screwed up place to work at! LOL....
Went to walk around Sim Lim & Bugis Junction... seriously speaking... its kinda empty that day... not much of people out on the streets... guess the economy is real bad and nobody dares to shop! And you can realize not many people toking abt valentine's day this year... its like totally off topic... nobody's celebrating....

Aheading North
LOL... I am heading NORTH these few days! LOL.. Not to the North Pole or what... But to Yishun & Woodlands! LOL...
Went out with zen and tsian on Saturday to Yishun! Watched Benjamin Buttons... Quite a nice lengthy movie.... with a bit of lame humour.. There's this part.. "Do you know I was hit 7 times by lightning? Once it was... " & the guy said it like close to 7 times in the movie... LOL... The movie's kinda extraordinary.. and i can say the back crew people really did a good job... to make Benjamin so old.... his usual age... and so young! I tink they used the visual lighting and all to make him young! LOL... And he really looked young! LOL... Quite worth it for your $8! LOL....
We went to eat at Yishun Central Kopitiam...haha... WOW... Ordered Wanton Mee to eat.... lol.... nice noodles and chilli sauce... =)
Went to Ah ma's house on Sunday to celebrate my "dua-pei" birthday... its like a potluck party... one family brings in one item and puts it on the table to share.... will update if my cousin loads the pictures!
Went out today to watch "Love Matters" at causeway point.... haha.. eh... i tink the movie not bad... can watch tat kind... got a lot of dirty jokes though... so if you are not in for this kind of humour.. dun go watch... lol.... i dun mind it n enjoyed it leh! LOL... A weekday movie tat costs me $5.88 with UOB NOW card. LOL...
I bought a jumbo hotdog to go along with... i dunno why... i juz liked cathay's jumbo hotdog combo! i like the soft bread... and the lovely hotdog... with some sauces.. (I usually dun take sauces) LOL.... $7.50 with a medium drink. =)

I really dio TOTO!
I didnt tio the $10 million one. But I got 2 rows of 4 numbers. $30 winnings for each row. Betted $10 for this draw. Got back $50! =) So happy! Its the 2nd time I win Toto. The first time was in 2006, where I got 3 + 1 ... $20 for tat row. Surprisingly, I bet this draw at Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange (Opp Coffee Shop) Singapore Pools. 2 years ago the winning ticket was also bought from the every same outlet! Its really my lucky outlet for winning Toto! =)
Had been going back to Ngee Ann Poly for lunch recently. Those who have studied Ngee Ann before, you must be tempted to eat this again! =) The Japanese stall from canteen 1 selling Kaki Fuyung! The nice chicken with omelette served in a fried pan with perfect miso soup and rice. For only $3.80 I think...
Today went with roger and weiqi to the newest food court opened in Ngee Ann Poly! Its @ Blk 51. Nice air-conditioned food court they have now. And close to 20 stalls with Subway fastfood and Waffletown in it!
The chicken chop tasted good.... above average standard... a lot better than SIM.... the decoration of the food is simply perfect! (Actual picture from my Samsung J700 phone. Sometimes these pictures screwed up when you MMS to ur email!) $4.80 for the CHICKEN CHOP with vegetables... can top up soup for the day @ additional $1.60.
I also bought a Waffle Ice Cream with fruits to eat! The waffle isnt that nice.. not crispy enuff.. such a disappointing.... i rather buy it from Prima Deli or other cake shops.....
What would you do if you have $10 million?
I need to start preparing for this difficult task liao. Haha... 930pm toto draw.... $10 million... Let me start planning first. Who knows I will win this $10 million.
- Treat my friends a delightful meal ($1000)
- Buy a car? ($70000)
- "Lao-po-ben" ($29000)
- Start planning for future business venture ($2 million)
- Future house ($3 million)
- Travel Around The World ($400,000)
- Retirement funds ($2 million)
- Save in the bank ($2.5 million)
- Quit Gambling.... Haha... Especially Toto. I don't think I will ever be twice lucky in my whole life?

OMG! I am in a dreaming mode... Sian.... My project is due week after next and I am still in slacking mode..
My plan - to start project on sunday! Yes, perfect plan that didnt start.. OMG! Tml i shall start I guess? Lucky I finish 1/3 of the project liao.. OMG! Hope everything goes well tml...
Wah... Scary leh... January is gone for 2009! Time passes so fast! Its February already! OMG! I feel like I just passed the new year..
Anyway, went to eat Tang Dian Wang (汤点王) with my family yesterday @ Bukit Panjang Plaza! The new Shanghainese restaurant.... kinda sucks cos they dun have my fav. Shanghai Xiao Long Bao.. and u call urself a Shanghainese restaurant? Had "dan-lai", "duck beehoon tat tasted like mianxian", "Mango roll" "he ye fan" and thai tofu.... my mum say its more of asian restaurant with mixed cuisines... agreed...
The food was above average... but my mum complain saying its a little too expensive.... $65 for 3 persons...in heartland mall... they specialize in soup and he ye fan... but the he ye fan ended up to be the one tat was not nice.... haha... the thai tofu, mango roll and duck bee hoon was nice....
But I will look forward to visiting them soon though... to try other dishes... but wun order the he yan fan... tat tasted salty without much food inside and the dan-lai that tasted too "gingery"??
Went to IMM to eat Ajisen Ramen today! Ordered my Spicy Char Siew Ramen and a strawberry parfait... Both I like... =)
Went to takeaway Pizza at night... The CNY specials and I oso tried the new Orleans Chicken Pizza.... damn nice lor.. I duno why... but I juz like Pizza Hut de Pizza... u ask me y.. i dunno wad i should say... i tink is the cheese.. i love cheesy food =)
I love the cheese from pizza hut....
Anyway, its a clear indication the economy's bad... today there wasnt a crowd at ajisen at 130pm.... its so empty the restaurant at IMM... 1/2 full? i remember there was a weekday i went there with roger last year.. and its so crowded u have to wait before u sit in...
And den today's pizzahut... i went to greenridge outlet... usually u can see at least a table to three dining at 5pm... and a few takeaways... today.... 0 dine-in, 1 takeaways (wich is me) .... and the 3 staff in pizza hut stood at the door to welcome me to pizza hut.... -_-" .... when i collected my pizza at 5:30pm.... there were like 2 more takeaways.... and 0 dine-in....
And outside was a row of pizza delivery boys... 5-6 of them.... sitting there waiting for people to order pizza b4 they go for their trip... 530pm liao nobody order pizza.. who says the economy is not bad? Last time we had to wait at least 1 hr before the pizza arrives if we order the pizza at 5pm... -_-" ..
